Document: BF-WAR-001 Rev 2.1
Effective date: September 20, 2026
Warrantor: Bravion Supply LLC
1. Products Covered
This Limited Warranty is provided by Bravion Supply LLC (“Bravion”) and applies to BRAVION FLOORS waterproof SPC rigid core flooring: total thickness 5.0 mm (4.0 mm SPC board + 1.0 mm attached IXPE pad), 12 mil (0.30 mm) wear layer, plank size 7 in × 48 in (180 × 1220 mm), Unilin click system, purchased new from Bravion Supply LLC or an authorized Bravion dealer on or after the effective date above. Covered decors: 33038-017 Natural Oak and 33038-030 Coastal Oak.
2. Warranty Coverage and Duration
Subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations set out below, Bravion warrants to the original purchaser that, under normal use and proper installation and maintenance, the covered product will be free from manufacturing defects and will not wear through, as defined in Section 3, for the periods below, measured from the original date of purchase:
- Residential use — 25 years, limited and prorated (Section 4).
- Light commercial use — 5 years, limited and prorated (Section 4).
- Waterproof core — the SPC core will not swell, buckle or lose structural integrity from surface moisture or topical spills that are cleaned up promptly, for the applicable period above. This is not a warranty against water intrusion through seams, flooding, standing water, subfloor moisture, mold or mildew.
Light commercial means low-traffic commercial areas such as small private offices, closed reception areas and similar spaces. It does not include retail sales floors, corridors, restaurants, healthcare or educational facilities, rental or short-term-let units, or any area exposed to rolling loads, casters, or heavy or continuous foot traffic.
3. Definition of Wear-Through
“Wear-through” means abrasion of the wear layer that fully penetrates it and exposes the printed décor film, is clearly visible without magnification from a standing position, and affects at least 10% of the surface area of an individual plank, under normal use. Wear-through does not include, and this warranty does not cover:
- reduction in gloss, sheen change, dulling or matting of the surface;
- surface scratches, scuffs, cuts, gouges, dents or indentation, including from furniture, appliances, casters, pet claws, grit or dropped objects;
- staining, discoloration or color change of any kind (see Section 6).
4. Prorated Remedy Schedule
This is a prorated, material-only warranty. If a claim is accepted, Bravion’s obligation is limited to the percentage below of the original purchase price paid by the original purchaser for the affected material only, based on the number of full years elapsed from the date of purchase:
| Years from purchase | Residential — % of material value | Light commercial — % of material value |
|---|---|---|
| Years 1–2 | 100% | 100% |
| Years 3–5 | 100% | 50% |
| Years 6–10 | 50% | — (expired) |
| Years 11–15 | 30% | — |
| Years 16–20 | 15% | — |
| Years 21–25 | 5% | — |
| After year 25 | — (expired) | — |
Replacement material is subject to availability. If the original décor is discontinued, Bravion may substitute a product of comparable specification and value. Repair or replacement of any portion of the floor does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
5. Conditions — Requirements You Must Meet
This warranty applies only if all of the following are satisfied:
- The product is installed strictly in accordance with the BRAVION FLOORS Installation Instructions (BF-INS-001) in force at the time of installation, available at bravionsupply.com/floors/installation.
- The product is inspected before installation. Installation of material with a visible defect constitutes acceptance of that material and voids this warranty as to that defect. The installer is responsible for verifying color, décor, dimension, surface finish, locking system and quantity before installation.
- The subfloor is flat, sound, dry and prepared as required, and subfloor moisture is within the limits stated in BF-INS-001. A moisture barrier is used where required.
- The 1.0 mm IXPE pad is factory-attached, so additional underlayment is not required. Additional underlayment is optional; if one is used, it must be compatible with SPC rigid core flooring.
- The product is used indoors only, within a normal living environment, at an in-service temperature between 55–95 °F (13–35 °C).
- The product is maintained per Bravion’s care guidance, with protective pads under furniture and appliances, entry mats at exterior doors, and no harsh chemicals or steam cleaners.
- The original, dated proof of purchase is retained and produced with any claim.
6. Exclusions — What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, conditions or costs arising from:
- Improper installation, subfloor deficiencies, inadequate expansion gaps, excessive subfloor moisture, incompatible or improperly installed underlayment, or locking-system failure caused by any of the foregoing.
- Improper storage, handling, acclimation, or conditions outside the temperature and humidity range in Section 5.
- Fading, discoloration, shade change or damage from prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources, or lack of window coverings.
- Staining or discoloration from rubber, latex, adhesives, dyes, carpet backing, oils, tracked-in asphalt or driveway sealer, or similar materials.
- Accidents, abuse, neglect, burns, floods, fire, natural disaster, or acts of God.
- Use of adhesive with this floating floor unless expressly approved in writing by Bravion.
- Normal shade, texture and gloss variation between samples, display panels, photographs and delivered product, or between production batches; differences caused by lighting or installation direction. Darker décors may show dust and fine scratches more readily; this is normal and not a defect.
- Any product that has been altered, sanded, refinished or coated after purchase.
- Product sold as second-quality, clearance, sample, discontinued, “as-is” or non-standard.
- Any application outside the use classification in Section 2.
7. What Is Not Included in the Remedy
This warranty covers the cost of material only. Bravion’s liability under any accepted claim is limited to the prorated material value calculated under Section 4. Under no circumstances is Bravion responsible for any other cost or damage, including without limitation:
- labor for removal, disposal, repair or reinstallation;
- freight, delivery, customs duties, taxes or storage charges;
- subfloor preparation, moldings, transitions, trim, fasteners, adhesives or accessories;
- furniture or appliance removal and replacement, or temporary relocation;
- loss of use, loss of profit, business interruption, diminution in property value, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
8. How to Make a Claim
- Visible defects must be reported before installation and before the material is cut.
- All other claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of the date the condition is discovered, and in any event before expiry of the applicable warranty period.
- Submit claims to Bravion Supply LLC at the address or phone number in the footer of this document, together with: original dated invoice or receipt; lot number and manufacturing date from the carton label; décor code; quantity affected; the area and installation date; and clear photographs and video of the condition.
- The affected floor must remain accessible for inspection. Bravion or its appointed independent inspector may inspect the floor before any claim is accepted. Removing or replacing the floor before inspection voids the claim.
- Bravion will review a complete claim within thirty (30) business days of receiving all required documentation.
9. Sole and Exclusive Remedy
If a claim is accepted, Bravion will, at its sole option, repair the affected area, supply replacement material, or issue a refund or credit, in each case limited to the prorated material value under Section 4. This is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
10. Transferability
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the material for the original installation site and is not transferable. It terminates automatically on sale or transfer of the property or resale of the material.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation
This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty given by Bravion Supply LLC. No dealer, distributor, agent, employee or representative is authorized to modify it or to make any additional warranty on Bravion’s behalf. Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Bravion Supply LLC is committed to working with our customers in good faith to resolve valid warranty claims promptly and fairly.
